Matt put out a CD today
It is f*cking grouse.
What is even better,
I got one in my house.
The harmonies are tasteful
And the lyrics are quite good.
I didn't get my cheque today
I might swap it for some food.
Of course I'm only joking
It's a classic music disc.
I'll treat it like it's gold
At least 'til I get pissed.
And then it's open slather
On that driving rhythm sound.
I'll take off all my clothing
And I'll dance that f*cker down.
I'll call up all my friends
And we'll syncopate the jive
And we'll thank that mighty serpent
That Matt Pitt is alive
To fight that mighty struggle
Of that mighty desert dream.
And then we'll have some toasties
And some spotted dick with cream.
