Thanks for your feedback, Hal. What about everyone else? Does anyone get this or am I being too obscure...Bueller?

Give us an obscure hint..I love this stuff.
What's the thing on the left facing foreground?

Thats's a lantern, as might be useful in vainly going from inn to inn to see if there's a room for the night. Does that help?

Humm, trying to reason this out..no room at the inn..manger..sheep running like hell into what looks like a cage..giant cat, or miniature sheep and trinity, like in a toy creche?

Working on it..this isn't esoteric humor that a Yank like me wouldn't know about, is it?

Dear D. I fear that I may have been too smarty-pants for my own good. It's a surreal domestic take on one of the most famous stories in the world. I'm sure even the US has heard about it, though my humour may be at odds with your national psyche. I, for instance, can detect no merit in 'Everyone Loves Raymond'!

"The incredible shrinking man"? "The Borrowers"?

LOL-don't lump me in with that bunch, Paul--I can't *stand* "Everybody loves Raymond". In fact, I can't stand most T.V. except for obscure cartoons like Harvey Birdman et. al, and the Learning Channel..

Sorry, D. At this distance, it's easy to generalise about a nation's denizens. I should have realised that you're not cut of the same cloth. Anyway, shall I tell you what the cartoon represents? You may have already articulated the right answer, but I've not realised it due to possible differences in our languages.
