It was an interesting, though difficult time. I was the first EEO Officer in a huge automotive factory when the new laws came in. The workforce was 96% male & from very patriarchal societies.

There was 40 years of porn covering every surface. It was serious male decoupage! How popular do you think I was when I told everyone to tear it down?

But I got there in the end. I went lateral on them. I started a work experience program for the workers' kids. When the first 15-year-old daughter walked in, the smut vanished like magic! Hee hee hee!
